Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Founding deposit ($250)
Fully refundable until your first subscription invoice clears. After your seat is activated, the deposit is credited against your first month and becomes non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions
We do not issue partial-month refunds. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues through the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.
Annual or multi-month plans
If we offer multi-month plans, refunds are prorated based on unused full months, minus any one-time cohort fees already consumed.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Email support@totlbarberacademy.com within 30 days. We refund duplicates in full.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested with evidence (signup IP, terms acceptance, access logs).
How to request a refund
- Email support@totlbarberacademy.com from the address on your account.
- Include the charge date and reason.
- We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your statement in 5–10 business days.
